As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Includes any pistol, revolver, shotgun, rifle, air gun, air pistol
or other instrument from which any shot, bullet or other missile is propelled.
No person shall fire or discharge any firearm within the Borough except as provided in § 206-3.
This chapter shall not apply to any person authorized to discharge a
firearm by reason of his membership in any Police Department or other law
enforcement agency; or to any peace officer; or to any other person authorized
by law to carry and discharge firearms in the carrying out of his duties;
or to the discharge of a firearm for any lawful purpose; or to authorized
members of the Bradley Beach Police Rifle Club participating in club activities.
