That portion of Recreation Area No. 1, Block 82, Main Street, generally referred to and known as the "Little League Baseball Field," which shall be deemed as comprising only the baseball field in the Recreation Area, shall, in certain respects, and for certain uses, have limitations as herein stated; namely, that when the Little League Baseball Field shall be used for the playing of baseball or softball, the same shall be restricted for such use to children enrolled in grammar school or of grammar school age, which grammar school age shall be deemed under 16 years of age. It is expressly understood and agreed that the foregoing limitation shall apply solely to the use of the field as to the playing of baseball or softball and not as to any other use of the premises.
The Little League Baseball Field, being only that portion of Recreation Area No. 1 comprising the baseball field, shall not be used after dark unless the baseball field is lighted.
The foregoing limitations and restrictions shall be in full force and effect at all times, unless specifically waived by duly adopted resolution of the governing body of the Borough for any emergent or special reasons for any particular time or times that the governing body may determine in its sole discretion.
[Amended 7-24-1979]
The use of the field shall be given to those persons of high school age to play softball; providing, however, that those persons of high school age are using the field as part of a supervised and organized recreational program authorized by the Board of Recreation of the Borough.
