Borough of Bradley Beach, NJ Chapter 442 Vending Machines, Coin-Operated

§ 442-1 Attendant required.

Any establishment that is solely or mainly an establishment maintaining and operating coin-operated machines shall provide an adult attendant of good character and reputation who shall be in attendance at all times while the establishment is open for business.

§ 442-2 Regulations applicable to establishments.

Each person who is an owner, operator or manager of an establishment maintaining and operating coin-operated vending machines shall comply with the following requirements:

A. Provide interior lighting so that all areas of the establishment are visible from the outside.

B. Provide a telephone within the establishment which is available for public use.

C. Provide at least two lavatories, one designated "male" and one designated "female."

§ 442-3 Exceptions.

Excluded from the provisions of this chapter are establishments that operate coin-operated dry-cleaning and laundry machines or establishments operating on Borough-leased property.
