There are hereby created two positions within
the Department of Public Affairs for licensed practical nurses, which
nurses shall be assigned to the Department of Health.
A.
Any applicant for said position shall be a licensed
practical nurse and have any necessary certifications from the State
of New Jersey.
B.
The power to appoint the licensed practical nurse
is hereby vested to the Director of Public Affairs. The Director of
the Department of Public Affairs shall establish the necessary criteria
to outline the duties of said licensed practical nurses.
Salary is hereby established at a minimum of
$8,000 per year and the maximum of $12,000.
