Town of West New York, NJ Article XXVIII Chief Municipal Court Administrator

WHEREAS, there has been an increase in the caseload in the West New York Municipal Court; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to establish the position of Chief Municipal Court Administrator as set forth in the attached job description; and

WHEREAS, the Municipal Judge has recommended the creation of this position; and

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York that:

§ 69-123 Position created; compensation.

The position of Chief Municipal Court Administrator shall be created in the Town of West New York at a salary of $44,500.
