The hereinafter described area owned and used by Trinity Reformed Church as a parking area shall be designated as a restricted parking area for church purposes only, as provided by N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46: Beginning at a point 10 feet northerly from the intersection of the said westerly side of Palisade Avenue and the northerly side of 59th Street, and running thence; northerly 100 feet along the line adjacent to and westerly of the sidewalk line of Palisade Avenue, thence westerly 26 feet to a point, thence southerly 100 feet to a point in the sidewalk line on 59th Street, thence easterly 26 feet to the point or place of beginning.

The said restricted parking area shall comprise 11 spaces for the parking of cars with access thereto from Palisade Avenue, and appropriately lined and marked by Trinity Reformed Church.
Trinity Reformed Church shall appropriately mark said area with a sign to be approved by the West New York Police Department, said sign to contain the words "Parking for Church Purposes Only."
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle or leave same standing in or on any portion of the said designated restricted parking area, except for the purpose of visiting or attending Trinity Reformed Church, which is located on the southwesterly corner of Palisade Avenue and 60th Street in the Town of West New York and properly identified for said purpose.
