The Municipal Parking lot referred to in this
article is immediately adjacent to the Municipal Building and contiguous
thereto on the north and consists of an area fronting and facing on
Tyler Place 49.59 feet wide, front and rear, and 97.50 feet deep throughout.
It shall also encompass any other area hereafter acquired contiguous
to the Municipal Building on to this parking area hereinabove described.
No person shall park in the above described
area except the Commissioners of each department and the other municipal
officials as are authorized by the Commissioner of Parks and Public
Property.
The area hereinabove described (49.59 feet by
97.50 feet) shall be marked and designated by the Town Engineer by
signs of sufficient size to advise that such areas are reserved for
the exclusive use of the designated municipal officials and authorized
employees.
It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person
to park in any areas reserved by suitable signs for use by authorized
municipal officials or authorized employees.
Any unauthorized person parking in violation
of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of $50
for a first offense, up to $75 for a second offense and up to $100
for a third and subsequent offenses. Any unoccupied vehicle parking
in violation of this article shall be deemed a nuisance and an interference
with the proper conduct of municipal business and detrimental to the
best interests of the Town of West New York and shall be subject to
removal or tow away, and the owner thereof shall pay the reasonable
costs of such removal or tow away and storage charges
The Police Department through its officers and
personnel shall enforce this article as required by law.

adjacent to the Department of Public Works in Block 129, Lot 2 as
outlined in the official tax map of the Town of West New York and
contiguous thereto on the west and consists of an area fronting and
facing on 62nd Street on the south and 63rd Street on the north, directly
perpendicular to Dewey Avenue; of approximately 100 feet wide, front
and rear, and 200 feet deep throughout. It shall also encompass any
other area hereafter acquired contiguous to the Department of Public
Works on to this parking area hereinabove described.
Lot may only be used for municipal vehicles and no person shall
park in the above described area. Employees may not park their private
vehicles in lot unless otherwise authorized to do so by the Commissioner
of Parks and Public Property and the Municipal Administrator. This
section shall apply to all except the Commissioner of Public Works
and the other municipal officials as are authorized by the aforementioned
officials.
The area hereinabove described (100 feet by 200 feet) shall
be marked and designated by the Town Engineer by signs of sufficient
size to advise that such areas are reserved for the exclusive use
of the designated municipal officials and authorized municipal vehicles
in a manner consistent with the best and most efficient fleet management
practices.
It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to park in
any areas reserved by suitable signs for use by authorized municipal
officials, authorized municipal vehicles, or other authorized employees.
Any unauthorized person parking in violation of the provisions
