No person shall manufacture, have, offer for sale or sell any article of food or drink which is adulterated within the meaning of an act of the Legislature of the State of New Jersey entitled "An Act to Prevent the Adulteration of Food and Drugs," approved March 25, 1881,[1] and the supplement thereto, approved March 23, 1883, or of any act or acts of said Legislature thereafter passed amendatory, supplementary or additional thereto.
