It is the purpose of these specifications to establish minimum acceptable standards of driveway construction for subdivision in the Town of East Fishkill.

All driveways shall meet the applicable standards of the highway specifications (presently § A197-76).
Final decision as to the interpretation of any part of these driveway specifications shall rest with the Town Superintendent of Highways.
