The Highway Superintendent is hereby authorized to, without prior approval
of the Town Board, purchase equipment, tools and other implements to be used
for highway maintenance, construction or reconstruction, snowplows or other
devices for the removal of snow from highways in a sum not to exceed the limitations
as prescribed under § 103 of the General Municipal Law as amended
from time to time.
