Pursuant to § 239-x of the General Municipal Law, the Town Board does hereby establish an Advisory Council on Environmental Conservation.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
There shall be five members of the Council.

The terms for Council members shall be for two years, with the terms of two members to expire in one year and the terms of the other three members in the next year.
The following shall be appointed to said Council.[1]
