Town of Holland, NY Article III Highway Superintendent

[Adopted 8-31-1988 by L.L. No. 5-1988]

§ 31-5 Term of office.

The term of office for the position of the Highway Superintendent of the Town of Holland shall be four years.

§ 31-6 When effective.

This article shall become effective upon approval at a mandatory referendum by the electors of the Town of Holland.[1]
