Town of Holland, NY Article IV Town Clerk

§ 31-7 Term of office.

The term of office for the position of the Town Clerk of the Town of Holland shall be four years.[1]

§ 31-8 When effective.

This article shall become effective upon approval at a mandatory referendum by the electors of the Town of Holland.[1]
