The provisions of this article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
There shall be no overnight parking throughout the Town from November 1 through April 1 from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Signs will be posted.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule IX (§ 112-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 112-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 112-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XII (§ 112-41) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XIII (§ 112-42) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XIV (§ 112-43) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XIV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XV (§ 112-44) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XV of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
No person shall park a vehicle for a period of longer than 48 hours in any municipal parking lot owned and/or maintained by the Town except as otherwise specified.
B. 
The municipal parking lot located on Main Street adjacent to the Holland Fire Department shall restrict parking to one-hour within the area from the center line of New York Route 16 to a distance of 105 feet within said parking lot.
C. 
Municipal parking lots shall provide areas for disability parking in accordance with applicable regulations.
D. 
All vehicles or a combination of vehicles weighing in excess of five tons are prohibited from using municipal parking lots at any time.
E. 
The Town shall post and maintain signs regulating municipal parking lots as set forth herein.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVI (§ 112-45) except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all streets or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb.
The locations described in Schedule XVII (§ 112-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
In accordance with § 1660-a, Subdivision 6, of the New York Vehicle and Traffic Law, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon any of the areas designated in § 112-47 for longer than the time limit shown.
