This shall apply wherever skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, bicycles or tricycles are operated on any street or upon any highway or upon any sidewalk or any place in the district designated as General Business or any Town parking lot.
No person shall stand, store or otherwise place any skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, bicycles or tricycles upon a highway, street, sidewalk or against any building abutting a sidewalk in such a manner which would obstruct or render injury to a pedestrian or interfere with vehicular traffic.
No person shall ride or operate a skateboard, roller skate, rollerblades, bicycles, tricycles, etc., upon a sidewalk within the General Business District or any Town parking lot.
If any clause, sentence, paragraph, word, section or part of this article shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, word, section or part thereof, directly involved in the controversy in which said judgment shall have been rendered.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $50 for the first offense and not more than $100 for each offense thereafter.
