[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Massena 9-22-1969
as Ch. 52 of the 1969 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village of Massena hereby adopts for the purpose of registration
of the voters for election in the Village of Massena the system of permanent
personal registration as set forth in Article 15 of the Election
Law, as added by the Laws of 1954 and amended by Chapter 319 of the Laws of
1965.
The first election to be held hereunder shall be the general election
of the year 1966, and registration shall be taken preceding such election
in the manner provided by Article 15 of the Election Law.
