This Part 3 shall be known as "Administration
and Compliance Provisions Supplementary to Applicable Housing Standards."
The purpose of this Part 3 is to provide basic
and uniform administration of, and compliance with, applicable housing
standards and to establish the responsibilities of parties concerned
therewith.
This Part 3 shall take effect on the first day
of February 1969.
This Part 3 shall apply to administration of
and compliance with applicable housing standards.
This Part 3 shall not apply to premises which
are not within the scope of applicable housing standards.
