A.
Tredyffrin
Township hereby authorizes the renewal of its cable franchise agreement
with Comcast of Pennsylvania, LLC, to construct, install, maintain,
extend, and operate a cable system, the specific terms of which, agreeable
to both parties, are memorialized in said agreement, a copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."[1]

Tredyffrin
Township hereby authorizes the renewal of its cable franchise agreement
with Verizon Pennsylvania, LLC, to construct, install, maintain, extend,
and operate a cable system, the specific terms of which, agreeable
to both parties, are memorialized in said agreement, a copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."[2]
