Pursuant to § 3-7-11 of the Rhode Island General Laws (as amended), the following is herewith adopted.
A. 
As determined by the Town Council of the Town of Barrington, acting as License Commissioners for the Town, and based upon the limits set forth in § 3-7-11 of the Rhode Island General Laws (as amended), the annual fee for a Class D full liquor license for the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be the sum of $300, prorated to the year ending December 1 in each calendar year.[1]

B. 
As determined by the Town Council for the Town of Barrington, acting as License Commissioners for the Town, and based upon the limits set forth in § 3-7-11 of the Rhode Island General Laws (as amended), the annual fee for Class D limited liquor license for the sale of malt and vinous beverages only shall be the sum of $100, prorated to the year ending December 1 in each calendar year.[2]

C. 
As determined by the Town Council for the Town of Barrington, acting as License Commissioners for the Town, and based upon the limits set forth in § 3-7-11 of the Rhode Island General Laws (as amended), the annual fee for a Class A liquor license for the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail shall be $1,000, prorated to the year ending December 1 of each calendar year.

The Town Clerk, acting as Clerk of the License Commissioners, shall be responsible for the collection of the fees as set by the Town Council acting as License Commissioners for the Town of Barrington.
