In addition to and notwithstanding the provisions set forth in Article I, the following rules and regulations are established for the use of Peck Playground.
All vehicles entering or exiting the playground
and Government Center parking lot shall proceed with caution and not
exceed the speed of five miles per hour.
Inappropriate and unsafe conduct by those utilizing
the playground or frequenting the premises related thereto is prohibited.
The playground was designed and constructed
for use by children age 12 and younger under the supervision of an
adult.
