No person shall, for the purposes of swimming or bathing, unless properly clothed, go into any of the waters of bays, rivers, ponds or other waters lying within the limits of the Town of Barrington.
No person shall undress or dress in such a manner as to indecently expose themselves on any part of the shores belonging to the Town of Barrington or on any part of the shores, beaches, rivers or pond banks within the limits of said Town.
No person shall be in any waters of the Town for the purpose of swimming or bathing or for any other purpose whatsoever unless clothed in such a manner as to prevent indecent exposure of their person.
Swimming or bathing in the Barrington River from at or within 50 feet of any bridge or approach thereto over the Barrington River is hereby prohibited.
