Any person(s) aggrieved by a decision of the HM may appeal said
decision to the Harbor Commission by notifying the Town Clerk, in
writing, of the desire to appeal within 15 days of the HM's decision.
All decisions of the Harbormaster relating to the location of moorings
shall be complied with immediately as a precondition of the right
to appeal, except that the HM may, if they determine that there is
no immediate threat to the safety of persons, property or passage,
suspend their decision pending appeal.
All fees to be collected hereunder shall be established by the Town Council from time to time, shown in Chapter
A225, Fee and Fine Schedule, of the ordinances of the Town of Barrington, and shall be posted in the Town Hall.
