The boundary limits of the Township of Falls are hereby established as a zone in which motor vehicles may remain standing without lights, and all highways within such boundary limits are hereby designated as highways where motor vehicles may remain standing without lights.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the highways or parts thereof described below except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all highways or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereon nearest the curb:

B. 
Where streets or portions of streets are designated for "Permit Parking Only During School Hours," residents are allowed a maximum of three parking permits per household for cars registered at their address. Residents must register each car with the Falls Township Police Department, and a numbered parking sticker will be issued. A sticker must be displayed on the back of the inside rearview mirror of the proper vehicle to which registration applies. The Chief of Police is hereby directed to issue parking permits only to the residents of the streets where permit parking is designated in this chapter.

B. 
Quaker Penn Park Boat Ramp Parking Lot.

All vehicles and/or trailers must park in the designated parking spots in the Quaker Penn Park Boat Ramp Parking Lot. All such vehicles and/or trailers must pay a parking fee as follows:
(a) 
Daily parking pass:

Nonresidents: $20 per day.
(b) 
Seasonal parking pass:

Nonresidents: $150.

For the 2011 season only, a seasonal parking pass can be purchased for $50 for Falls Township Residents and $100 for nonresidents.

Daily parking passes can be purchased at the kiosk in the Quaker Penn Park Boat Ramp Parking Lot for a fee of $20.
(4) 
Each parked vehicle must clearly and conspicuously display either a receipt of payment of the parking fee on the dashboard of the vehicle or a daily or seasonal pass affixed to the rearview mirror of the vehicle. As used in this section, "receipt" is defined as the receipt that is distributed from the kiosk located in the Quaker Penn Park Boat Ramp Parking Lot upon payment of the daily parking fee.
