The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along the streets or parts thereof described in this section is hereby
established at the rate of speed indicated in the following schedule.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle at a higher
speed than the maximum prescribed for that street or part of a street.

The proper officials of the Township of Upper
Hanover are hereby authorized and directed to erect official signs
evidencing the proper speed limit as delineated in this article in
accordance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.
Any person who violates a provision of this
article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the appropriate penalties
set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101
et seq.) for each provision so violated.
