A. Composition and jurisdiction. To carry out this Part
1, the Sanitary District shall be under the jurisdiction and control of the County Commissioners who shall sit as the Sanitary Commission.
On or before July 1 of each year, the Director
of Public Works shall prepare and file with the County:
A. A report on the physical plants and equipment of the
Sanitary District;
B. A statement of the activities of the Sanitary District
during the preceding fiscal year;
C. A statement of activities proposed to be undertaken
during the ensuing fiscal year; and
D. Whatever other statistical and financial matters in
connection with the Sanitary District as may be of interest to the
County and to the taxpayers.

A. Audit. The financial accounts relating to the Sanitary
District shall be audited annually by a certified public accountant
to be employed and paid by the County out of whatever Sanitary District
funds as may be available.
