Personnel policies — See Ch. 33.
The Borough Council hereby creates the position of Borough Manager.
The Borough Council may delegate those same duties to the position
of Borough Manager that were formerly delegated and performed by the
individual in the position of Borough Secretary and,
in addition, may delegate any other nonlegislative and nonjudicial
powers which the Borough Council is empowered to delegate.
