The unincorporated areas of Queen Anne's County, Maryland, are hereby divided into zoning districts of such number and character as are necessary to achieve compatibility of uses within each district to implement the Official Queen Anne's County Comprehensive Plan and related official plans and the Zoning Maps and to serve the other purposes of this Chapter 18:1 as provided in Part 2 of this Chapter 18:1.
For the purpose of this Chapter 18:1 the County is hereby divided into zoning districts that are designated as follows:
