§ 254-39 Obstructing passage of water along gutters; penalty.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

Any person who shall obstruct or dam up any gutter or any street in the Town of Boonton, so as to interfere in any way with, or prevent or delay the passage of water along such gutter, shall, on conviction thereof, be punished pursuant to Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty.
