A. 
The charges for the service by the City to the customer for a sewer connection from the City main to the curbline shall be as set forth in Chapter 210, Mercantile Businesses, Article II, Fees Schedule.
B. 
In addition to the charges scheduled above, there shall be an additional charge for restoration of streets where excavation is necessary as set forth in Chapter 210, Mercantile Businesses, Article II, Fees Schedule.

As to all water connections existing in the City of Brigantine at the date of adoption of this article on December 21, 1955, meters shall thereafter be installed in accordance with such plan or program as may be adopted by the Director of the Department of Public Works, and the cost of such installation shall be as set forth in Chapter 210, Mercantile Businesses, Article II, Fees Schedule, for a three-fourths-inch water meter where the water connection is one inch in dimension or less, to be paid by the owner of the affected property in three equal installments, the first of which should be payable on July 1, 1956, and subsequent installments of which shall be payable on July 1 of each of the two succeeding years. Any water connections larger than one inch in dimension which shall, in the discretion of the Director of the Department of Public Works, require a larger meter than the aforesaid three-fourths-inch meter, shall cost the sum as set forth in Chapter 210, Mercantile Businesses, Article II, Fees Schedule, plus the additional cost of larger meter, yolk, pipe and connecting materials above and beyond the cost of same for the aforesaid three-fourths-inch meter on the one-inch water connection. This cost shall be paid immediately on installation.
If any charge becoming due under this article shall remain unpaid on any property 60 days after becoming due, the supply of water to said property may be turned off, and, in such event, water shall not again be supplied to such property until any such charge against it shall be paid.
The Director of the Department of Revenue and Finance is hereby charged with the duty of collecting the fees and charges imposed by this article.
