as Sec. 2-11 of the 1988 Code]
The office of Municipal Attorney is hereby created
for the Borough, in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-139.
The Attorney shall be appointed annually by
the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. The term of
office shall be for a period of one year.
