There shall be a Department of Community Affairs. The Director of the Department shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Township Council. The Director shall also serve as the Department Head of the Division of the Pfeiffer Community Center and other divisions as may, from time to time, be necessary. The Department that shall come under the direct supervision of the Recreation Leader in Community Affairs who shall report to the Director. The Director shall act as liaison to the Veterans Affairs Office.
