Township of Montclair, NJ Article XIV Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs

§ 3-48 Director; qualifications.

The Department shall be headed by a Director who shall be qualified by education and experience.

§ 3-49 Functions.

The Department shall perform or supervise all appropriate functions associated with:

A. Development and administration of comprehensive recreational and cultural programs.

§ 3-50 Organization.

The Department shall be organized pursuant to plan approved as provided in Article VI, § 3-22.
