Editor's Note: The provisions of this chapter (all articles) were also amended 12-18-2012 by Ord. No. O-12-67, to transfer the functions of the Parking Authority, which was dissolved effective 1-1-2013, to the Township. This ordinance also provided that "Any and all authority, duties, powers, responsibilities and discretion delegated or assigned to the Montclair Parking Authority by this chapter shall cease as of the dissolution of the Authority and shall thereafter be exercised by the Township. All designations of permit parking spaces and the terms and conditions regarding the use of such permit parking spaces for all public parking decks and all surface parking lots owned or leased by the Township which have previously been designated or promulgated by the Montclair Parking Authority shall remain in effect after the dissolution of the Montclair Parking Authority. All permits, decals, and rental or lease agreements for parking spaces duly issued by the Montclair Parking Authority shall continue to be valid until the date of expiration. Upon dissolution of the Montclair Parking Authority, the parking fees set forth in the attached Fee Schedule shall become effective. All provisions of Chapter 230 not expressly modified by this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect except where rendered meaningless by the dissolution of the Montclair Parking Authority."
