Township of Waterford, NJ Article III Public Defender Fee

§ 13-10 Application fee. [1]

All persons seeking and applying for representation by the Waterford Township Municipal Public Defender shall be required to pay an application fee to the Waterford Township Municipal Court in an amount as set forth in the Township Fee Schedule Ordinance.[2]

§ 13-11 Exceptions.

In the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge and upon good cause shown by an applicant for a Public Defender, said fee may be waived upon a finding that the fee would be an unreasonable burden on the applicant seeking this representation.
