There is hereby established the position of Township Coordinator, to be appointed in accordance with Chapter 44, with the following responsibilities:
A. 
Oversight of administration of all Township departments to enable enhanced constituent service.
B. 
Attendance and participation at all meetings of Township Committee.
C. 
Serve as budget officer with responsibility to propose and explain budgetary recommendations.
D. 
Oversight of Township finances.
E. 
Informing the elected officials of financial conditions, future needs and department recommendations.
F. 
Acting as purchasing agent with a new and improved system.
G. 
Assistance in contract negotiations.
H. 
Consult and confer with Township Committee in recruitment, retention and/or removal of employees and/or department officials.
I. 
Liaison between Township and all county, state and federal government entities in securing financial support, grants, funds, assistance, services, etc.
J. 
Review, supervise and process all paperwork associated with all Township and Joint Insurance Fund programs and policies.
K. 
Serve as constituent complaint center to receive and review and oversee response thereto, including those declared by public at public meetings.
L. 
Complete all other duties as may be required in absence of Administrator as may be required by Mayor and/or Township Committee.
