In this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
Any privately owned place of business carried on for profit, or any
place of amusement or entertainment to which the public is invited.
Any person under the age of 18 years.
Any individual, firm, association, partnership or corporation operating,
managing or conducting any establishment; and whenever used in any clause
prescribing a penalty, the term "operator," as applied to an association or
partnership, shall include the members or partners thereof and, as applied
to a corporation, shall include the officers thereof.
Any natural parent of any minor, a guardian or any adult person of
the age of 21 years or over responsible for the care, custody and control
of any minor.
Any public street, highway, road, alley, park, playground, wharf,
dock, public building or vacant lot.
To loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon.
The prevailing time.
A.Â
It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 18
years to remain in or upon any public place or establishment after the hour
of 10:00 p.m. on each and every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
until 6:00 a.m. of the following morning and after the hour of 11:00 p.m.
on each and every Friday and Saturday until 6:00 a.m. of the following morning
unless accompanied by the parent, guardian or other adult person having the
care, custody or control of such minor.
B.Â
It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 18
years to remain in or upon any public place or establishment after the hour
of 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. for a full seven days before and a full seven
days after the day celebrated as Halloween unless accompanied by the parent,
guardian or other adult person having the care, custody or control of such
minor.

It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian or any
person having the care, custody and control of any minor under the age of
18 years to permit such minor to remain in or upon any public place or establishment
after the hour of 10:00 p.m. on each and every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
or Thursday until 6:00 a.m. of the following morning and from 11:00 p.m. each
and every Friday and Saturday until 6:00 a.m. of the following morning unless
accompanied by such parent, guardian or other person having the care, custody
and control of such minor.
B.Â
It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian or any
person having the care, custody and control of any minor under the age of
18 years to permit such minor to remain in or upon any public place or establishment
after the hour of 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. for a full seven days before and
a full seven days after the day celebrated as Halloween unless accompanied
by the parent, guardian or other adult person having the care, custody or
control of such minor.

No operator of any establishment or his agents or employees shall knowingly permit any minor to remain upon the premises of said establishment after the hour of 10:00 p.m. on every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday until 6:00 a.m. of the following morning, and from 11:00 p.m. on each and every Friday and Saturday until 6:00 a.m. of the following morning unless such minor is accompanied by his parent, as defined in § 112-1 of this chapter.
B.Â
No operator of any establishment or his agents or employees shall knowingly permit any minor to remain upon the premises of said establishment after the hour of 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. unless such minor is accompanied by his/her parent, as defined in § 112-1 of this chapter, seven full days before and seven full days after the day celebrated as Halloween.
Any minor, operator or parent, as defined in § 112-1 hereof, who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
Any police officer who apprehends and charges a minor violating any
provisions of this chapter shall obtain from such minor information as to
his name, address, age and the name of his parents or parent. He shall, thereupon,
notify said parent or parents of said minor of said violation, and said minor
shall be turned over to the custody of his parent or parents pending disposition
of said charge by the proper juvenile authorities.
