The office of Deputy Highway Superintendent is established and set appointment is to be on an annual basis. The Deputy Highway Superintendent is not required to be a resident of the Town of Albion and can be a resident from another municipality or location. The salary of the Deputy Highway Superintendent shall be set by the Albion Town Board annually. The establishment of the office of Deputy Highway Superintendent is pursuant to Town Law § 32.
