Pursuant to Article 7 of the Agriculture and
Markets Law of the State of New York, an annual fee of $8 for each
dog license issued by the Village of Atlantic Beach, New York, under
§ 109, Subdivision (1), of the Agriculture and Markets Law,
will be added to the fees established by § 110, Subdivision
(1), of the Agriculture and Markets Law.
The above mentioned annual fee shall be charged
for all licenses becoming effective on and after April 14, 1997, in
accordance with the Village Law and Municipal Home Rule Law of the
State of New York.

There shall be no fee for any license issued
for any guide dog, hearing dog or police work dog.
