Village of Atlantic Beach, NY Chapter 85 Checks, Fraudulent

§ 85-1 Fee. [1]

A fee as set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees[2] shall be charged to those who tender a check to the village which is subsequently returned by the depository bank in accordance with legislation signed by the Governor on June 24, 1989 (Chapter 203). Said fee shall be enforced in the same manner as the original payment.
