The Mayor and the four Trustees shall be elected
for four-year terms; provided, however, that elections for said offices
shall be held biennially; provided further that the Mayor and two
Trustees shall be elected for four-year terms commencing in April
1957, and two Trustees shall be elected for four-year terms commencing
in April 1959.
