Permits for the sale and storage for the sale
of ammunition may be granted in the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
Application shall be made, in writing, to the Village Clerk. Such
application shall state the name of the person applying therefor,
the premises in which such ammunition is to be stored and sold, the
character of ammunition to be stored and sold and such other information
as the Board may require. Such permit shall apply only to the premises
and persons stated and to the class and kind of ammunition mentioned
therein and shall be subject to such conditions and restrictions as
the Board may prescribe. The premises for which such permit shall
be issued shall be subject to an inspection at any time by appropriate
governmental representatives, and the permit shall be subject to revocation,
after hearing, upon failure of the licensee to comply with the restrictions
therein contained or any other provision of law.
The fee for such permit shall be $25 per annum
or any part thereof, made payable to the Village Clerk, and such permit
shall expire annually on the 31st day of December.
