In accordance with the provisions of § 125-40, any person convicted of a violation of any of the parking regulations of this chapter as enumerated herein shall be fined the following amounts, as set by resolution of the Board of Trustees, for each such violation:

If an appearance ticket issued for any violation of this chapter is not answered as indicated herein, a penalty shall be imposed as hereinafter set forth, as set by resolution of the Board of Trustees:
A. 
If the appearance ticket is not answered by the return date, or within 40 days thereafter, the fine shall be increased in accordance with the following schedule:
(1) 
Parking without handicapped permit (§ 125-25.1); parking: snow emergency route; parking within 15 feet of fire hydrant; violations of §§ 125-21B, 125-24B and 125-25D: $90.

Parking between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (§ 125-22A); parking at bus stops (§ 125-26); parking outside marked spaces (§ 125-18); parking at driveways (§ 125-19); parking left side to curbline (§ 125-20); prohibited parking (§ 125-21A); parking during certain hours (§ 125-22B); limited-time parking (§ 125-23); sidewalk, crosswalk, obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2); stopping prohibited (§ 125-25A); stopping on traveled portion of street prohibited (§ 125-25B); stopping in loading zone (§ 125-25C); stopping on sidewalk or crosswalk or obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2); unauthorized use of Boulevard Parking Lot (§§ 125-27 and 125-28); parking violations not listed in § 125-90 or 125-44; standing prohibited (§ 125-24A); standing on sidewalk or crosswalk or obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2): $55.
(3) 
Double parking: $75.
B. 
If the appearance ticket is not answered within 70 days after the return date, the fine shall be increased in accordance with the following schedule:
(1) 
Parking without handicapped permit (§ 125-25.1); parking: snow emergency route; parking within 25 feet of fire hydrant; violations of §§ 125-21B, 125-24B and 125-25D: $180.
(2) 
Parking between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (§ 125-22A); parking at bus stops (§ 125-26); parking outside marked spaces (§ 125-18); parking at driveways (§ 125-19); parking left side to curbline (§ 125-20); prohibited parking (§ 125-21A); parking during certain hours (§ 125-22B); limited-time parking (§ 125-23); sidewalk, crosswalk, obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2); stopping prohibited (§ 125-25A); stopping on traveled portion of street prohibited (§ 125-25B); stopping in loading zone (§ 125-25C); stopping on sidewalk or crosswalk or obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2); unauthorized use of Boulevard Parking Lot (§§ 125-27 and 125-28); parking violations not listed in § 125-90 or 125-44; standing prohibited (§ 125-24A); standing on sidewalk or crosswalk or obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2): $90.
(3) 
Double parking: $150.
C. 
If the appearance ticket is not answered within 100 days after the return date, an administrative fee of $20 shall be added so that the total fine and fee shall be increased in accordance with the following schedule:
(1) 
Parking without handicapped permit (§ 125-25.1); parking: snow emergency route; parking within 25 feet of fire hydrant; violations of §§ 125-21B, 125-24B and 125-25D: $215.
(2) 
Parking between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (§ 125-22A); parking at bus stops (§ 125-26); parking outside marked spaces (§ 125-18); parking at driveways (§ 125-19); parking left side to curbline (§ 125-20); prohibited parking (§ 125-21A); parking during certain hours (§ 125-22B); limited-time parking (§ 125-23); sidewalk, crosswalk, obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2); stopping prohibited (§ 125-25A); stopping on traveled portion of street prohibited (§ 125-25B); stopping in loading zone (§ 125-25C); stopping on sidewalk or crosswalk or obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2); unauthorized use of Boulevard Parking Lot (§§ 125-27 and 125-28); parking violations not listed in § 125-90 or 125-44; standing prohibited (§ 125-24A); standing on sidewalk or crosswalk or obstructing traffic near excavation or construction (§ 125-26.2): $125.
(3) 
Double parking: $185.
