It is the intention of the Village Board of the Village of Wappingers Falls to opt out of and terminate all tax exemptions granted by § 485-b of the Real Property Tax Law.

The Village of Wappingers Falls by this article hereby terminates any business investment exemption granted to real property constructed, altered, installed or improved within the geographical boundaries of the Village. Said termination is pursuant to § 485-b, Subdivision 7, of the Real Property Tax Law.
