Pursuant to C.G.S. § 7-258, the Town Collector of Revenue
is hereby designated as collector of sewerage system connection and use charges
with full power to collect such charges in accordance with the provisions
of the General Statutes for the collection of property taxes.[1]

The Town Collector of Revenue is hereby designated as collector of service
charges established for the operation, maintenance and installation of fire
hydrants in the Town.[1]
