It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm, association driving, operating or having physical control over a motor vehicle on any street or property within the limits of the Town of Middletown to violate any section found in Subchapters I through XIII of Title 21, Chapter 41, of the Motor Vehicle Laws of the State of Delaware.

Adoption of this article hereby incorporates all the motor vehicle statutes, known as Rules of the Road, set forth in Title 21, Chapter 41, Subchapters I through XIII, Sections 4101 through 4199C as ordinances of the Town of Middletown with the sole exception of the penal provisions of those statutes which are hereby excepted from this article.

Any person, firm, association or corporation who violates any of the statutes found in Sections 4101 through 4199C of Subchapters I through XIII of Chapter 41 of Title 21 shall be fined not more than $25 for each violation.
