On and after the effective date of this article, the hours which the
polls within the Town of Ellington for regular and special municipal elections
or for electors' meetings shall be open shall be 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
[Adopted effective 10-24-1964]
On and after the effective date of this article, any application or
petition requiring that a Special Town Meeting be warned by the Selectmen
shall contain the signatures of at least 50 inhabitants of the Town of Ellington
qualified to vote at Town Meetings.
