The additional exemption permitted by C.G.S.
§ 12-81j, as may be amended from time to time, from property
tax for persons who are blind is hereby authorized for those persons
meeting the eligibility requirements of said section.
This provision shall be applicable with respect
to the assessment year commencing October 1, 1985, and each assessment
year thereafter. Applications for exemptions for the October 1, 1985,
list shall be made on before December 13, 1985, and for each October
1 thereafter, on or before said October 1.
