The additional exemption from property tax permitted
by C.G.S. § 12-81i, as may be amended from time to time,
for certain persons permanently and totally disabled is hereby authorized
for those persons meeting the eligibility requirements of said section.
This provision shall be applicable with respect
to the assessment year commencing October 1, 1985, and each assessment
year thereafter. Applications for exemptions for the October 1, 1985,
list shall be made on or before December 13, 1985, and for each October
1 thereafter, on or before said October 1.
