A. 
No person shall sell arrows of any kind, nature or description used in connection with bows to any person under the age of 18 years.
B. 
No person under the age of 18 years shall, in any manner, use or discharge said arrows within the limits of the Town, except:

(1) 
Such use or discharge as shall be permitted under proper supervision, to be determined and authorized by the Chief of Police; or
(2) 
Such use or discharge as may otherwise be permitted in accord with state law.

No person shall discharge firearms within the limits of the Town without the written permission of the Chief of Police, except on military occasions or as otherwise permitted pursuant to state law. No permit shall be granted by the Chief of Police to discharge firearms in the hunting of birds or animals unless required pursuant to state law. No permit shall be granted by the Chief of Police for the discharge of firearms which shall constitute a breach of the peace or endanger persons or property.
