No person shall discharge firearms within the limits of the Town without
the written permission of the Chief of Police, except on military occasions
or as otherwise permitted pursuant to state law. No permit shall be granted
by the Chief of Police to discharge firearms in the hunting of birds or animals
unless required pursuant to state law. No permit shall be granted by the Chief
of Police for the discharge of firearms which shall constitute a breach of
the peace or endanger persons or property.
