The fee per check returned to a County office for nonpayment due to insufficient funds shall be as set from time to time by ordinance of the Levy Court. The fee schedule is on file in the County offices.[1] This fee will be assessed in addition to the original amount of the check.

The fees for copying public records, including printed, typed or written material, drawings, plots, plats and maps, audio or video magnetic or optical media, and information stored in computer databases, shall be as set from time to time by ordinance of the Levy Court. The fee schedule is on file in the County offices.[1]
Department of Planning Services fees, including applications for amendments to the Zoning Map or Zoning Ordinance, conditional uses, Board of Adjustment fees, subdivision fees, etc., and fees for the Division of Geographic Systems and Division of Inspections and Enforcement, shall be as set from time to time by ordinance of the Levy Court. The fee schedule is on file in the County offices.[1]
Department of Public Works fees shall be as set from time to time by ordinance of the Levy Court. The fee schedule is included in Table 128-I-1[1] and on file in the County offices. A modification of Table 128-I-1 must be endorsed by the Public Works Director, and Levy Court must approve any change by a majority vote.
